However, we understand that occasionally a return may be necessary, and we are committed to ensuring that this process reflects the same elegance and care as your shopping experience.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alterations, stains, or damage not caused by our production team will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days of inspection.
  • Refunds include the product cost but exclude original shipping charges.

Exchanges

  • Due to the limited-edition nature of our collections, exchanges for specific sizes or styles cannot be guaranteed.
  • If you wish to secure another item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the exclusivity and integrity of our collections, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Final-sale pieces clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.
  • Custom or made-to-order garments.
  • Limited-edition accessories designed for one-time release.

  3. Carefully package the garment in its original condition and ship using the designated carrier provided.
  4. Once received, our team will conduct a thorough inspection before processing your refund.
